- Standard Rates: Full payment is due at time of reservation booking. Reservations cancelled within 150 days are eligible for full refund. Reservations cancelled within 120 days are eligible for a 50% refund. Reservations cancelled within 90 days forfeit all deposit paid. Due to seasonality and necessity for pre-booking, these terms shall sand in perpetuity and not be negotiable.
